Hovers studied Animal Production and Agricultural Sciences at Wageningen University and has over 30 years of industry experience in shrimp nutrition and production throughout Asia. For the past two years, he was managing director of De Heus, the feed firm, in Indonesia.
In his new position Hovers will focus on sales and technical services for the shrimp market in Asia, drawing on his expertise in technical management and market analysis to help customers succeed.
