Prize for 'caviar project'

UK - A fish farming project launched in Lepton, Huddersfield has won a national award.

The Able Project - which uses recycled cardboard in a scheme to feed fish which provide caviar - has received recognition from the Chartered Institution of Waste Management.

The innovation award was presented by the institution's vice-president, Keith Simmonite, to project manager Graham Wiles, of the Green Business Network.

Under the scheme recycled cardboard was shredded and used as bedding for animals.
