According to Yonhap News Agency, the agreement, reached between the visiting South Korean Navy chief, Adm. Choi Yoon-hee, and his Chinese counterpart, Wu Shengli, is seen as a sign that the two countries, which fought against each other in the Korean War, are more prepared than ever to develop their relations even in the military sector.
