Salmon Exports to US See Record 36 Per Cent Leap

SCOTLAND, UK - Fresh Scottish salmon exports saw a record 36 per cent increase to the United States in 2011. It is the largest year-on-year rise ever seen and further secures the US as Scotland's number one export market for farmed salmon.
