On Friday (21 June 2013), Marine Harvest sold a 3,326,940 shares in Cermaq at an average price of NOK105.33 per share.
As a consequence, Marine Harvest's shareholding of Cermaq was reduced below the five per cent disclosure threshold. Following the sale Marine Harvest holds 1,706,604 shares in Cermaq, representing 1.84 per cent of the outstanding shares.
