The cold storage is the initial phase of an investment project by Minh Phu and Gemadept Corporation.
Total investment for the whole project is VND 1.000 billion, on a 30-hectare site in the Industrial Zone.
The cold storage will cover an area of ??50,000 square kilometers, the value for construction is VND 300 billion with cutting the edge technologies.
The cold storage is designed with with the best solutions to low power consumption and fulfill the strictest standards for frozen seafood storage.
