"Hopefully this January the technical and economic aspects will be agreed," said the minister.
In this regard, the minister hoped that the European Parliament will not block the agreement for political reasons. Mr Arias Caete has underlined the urgency of this new agreement, since "the ceiling of aid to compensate for the shutdown of the fleet is for one year and can not be extended."
