In order to give the company group a strong identity, GBC, the holding of Morubel and Ristic and 50 per cent of Telson, has been renamed SHORE nv.
With the strong position of Morubel and Ristic in tropical shrimp, and the knowhow and experience of Telson in machine peeled Northsea shrimp, this group of companies can now offer a wide range of shrimp and related seafood products in the European market, both frozen and chilled.
Edo Abels, Managing Director of Morubel, will be the new CEO of Shore nv. Together with the current directors of Telson and Ristic, there is a strong and experienced management in place to achieve sustainable economic growth with all the companies in Shore.
