This forum will be inaugurated by the Minister Miguel Arias Cañete and aims to create a space in which women who work in different areas of fisheries can reflect on the current challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector in order to consolidate their sustainability, such as through fishing and aquaculture diversification.

Workshops will be developed in order to encourage entrepreneurship and leadership of women, so that they acquire a greater role, positioning them as change agents and allowing them to influence the evolution of the sector.
