The fish processing plant was built with the latest technology, following the recommendations of Senasa professionals, the Ministry of Industry and the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) and operates with a specific cooling system for the production of pacu.

On-site infrastructure is also used to interleave rice production and pacu.
