This programme ensures discounts at the pump between 12 and 17 per cent. The program's goal is to increase the competitiveness of the national income of fish and fishermen.
Currently, the programme covers 15 of the 27 states.
To be entitled to benefit, fishermen must enroll in the programme. Registration may be done over the Internet through electronic address http://ssadp.mpa.gov.br/.
