The event was attended by the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Abog. Rody Godo. Authorities that signed the Convention were Dr Vet. Armin B. Hamman, Deputy Minister of Livestock and Eng. Aquino Carlos Lopez, Director of the Department of Agricultural Education.
The event was also attended by officials of the Agricultural School of Minga Guazú and producers from different parts of the country.
