During the inauguration, the plant manager, Yorman Zabaleta, expressed his satisfaction with the visit of those authorities who toured the plant.
"Today is one of the dreams of the Commander Lord, Hugo Chavez, to create a new plant that is placed at the service of the people, for the people's power," said Mr Zabaleta.
